As the maritime industry became more complex and highly regulated, the company expanded and organized its services into specialized divisions.

LiberoGroup provides assessment, certification, training and technical expertise amongst others. Which are the three specialized divisions of your Group and how do they serve diverse industries?

The first division is Libero Hellenic Register, which focuses on classification and statutory services for the maritime sector. This division supports shipowners and operators by ensuring that vessels comply with international conventions and flag state requirements related to safety, security, and environmental protection. Through surveys, inspections, and technical assessments, it contributes directly to safer shipping operations and regulatory compliance.

The second division is LiberoAssurance, responsible for accredited certification of management systems and the provision of accredited training. This division serves both maritime and industrial sectors by helping organizations implement and maintain internationally recognized standards in areas such as quality management, occupational health and safety, environmental management, and compliance. In parallel, its training activities enhance professional competence, ensuring that personnel are properly prepared to meet evolving regulatory and operational challenges both on board and on shore.

The third division is LiberoServices, which manages international projects and tendering activities. It provides technical expertise, consultancy, and project coordination services, particularly in complex and multinational environments. Through this division, LiberoGroup extends its reach beyond core certification and classification services, supporting diverse industries with tailored technical solutions and structured project management.
