The purpose of the Code is to ensure that all of Libero Group’s services and activities are carried out in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. In the event that the Code differs from applicable laws and regulations, the highest standard consistent with local laws are applied. The aim of this code is to create a public identity that can lead to a more supportive political and regulatory environment and an increased level of public confidence and trust among important constituencies and stakeholders.

How are your organization’s services evolving to meet the latest sustainability standards in the maritime industry?

Our organization is deeply committed to sustainability. We have integrated the latest IMO regulations into our certification processes, including the Energy Efficiency Existing Ship Index (EEXI) and the Carbon Intensity Indicator (CII). Additionally, we ‘ve launched services like MRV / IMO DCS verification services, which support clients in achieving higher environmental performance. We ‘re also heavily investing in digital solutions that allow for real-time monitoring and reporting of environmental metrics, ensuring our clients can stay ahead of compliance requirements.

What is your organization’s vision and plans for strengthening its market share and relationships with the Greek shipping sector?

Our vision is to foster sustainable growth for every business by ensuring compliance, quality, and safety across our clients’ products and services. Our mission is to enhance their competitive advantage through Management Systems Evaluation and Professional Development Training.

Libero Group was established with the purpose of delivering high-quality compliance, certification, and training services to the Greek shipping community at competitive prices—services designed by Greeks, for Greeks.

Looking ahead, what is your vision for LiberoGroup in the coming years, and which key priorities will drive your strategic direction?

Our vision is to further position LiberoGroup as a leading and innovative partner in the global maritime industry, recognized not only for the quality of our services but also for our ability to anticipate and respond to emerging challenges. Over the coming years, we aim to accelerate our focus on digital transformation and sustainability, two areas that are redefining the future of shipping worldwide.

A central priority is the expansion of our digital services, integrating advanced tools and technologies that enhance efficiency, transparency, and compliance for our clients. At the same time, we are committed to advancing sustainability-driven solutions, supporting shipowners and operators in meeting international environmental standards and contributing to greener, safer, and more responsible shipping practices.
