The Green Award Foundation is pleased to welcome Skaramangas Shipyards, the largest shipyard in Greece and one of the most significant shipbuilding and repair facilities in the Eastern Mediterranean, as the newest Incentive Provider in the Green Award programme. With over seventy years of experience and a facility exceeding 1,000,000 m², the shipyard remains a cornerstone of the region’s maritime industry.

As part of this partnership, Green Award certified vessels will receive a 5% discount on selected services, including dry docking and berthing, hull and steel repairs, machinery and propulsion works, electrical services, surface preparation and coating, and a wide range of additional services. These incentives support ship operators committed to high standards of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility. This collaboration further promotes safer, cleaner, and more energy-efficient vessel operations across the region.
