For the second year, Mintra is proud to announce its inclusion in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025, powered by WorkL. Recognised in the Medium Organisation category, the award celebrates Mintra’s continued dedication to creating an empowering, inclusive and positive workplace culture.
Selected from more than 70,000 entries nationwide, Mintra’s recognition highlights its dedication to employee wellbeing, job satisfaction and continuous organisational improvement. The Best Places to Work survey evaluates companies using 26 employee engagement questions across six key areas: Empowerment, Wellbeing, Job Satisfaction, Pride, Information Sharing, and Reward & Recognition.
Mintra’s scores improved across key areas as it built on the feedback and momentum from its 2024 recognition.
“We want to thank all of our people for what we’ve achieved together,” said Amy Reid, Global People and Culture Director at Mintra. “It’s fantastic to be recognised once again. It’s a true reflection of the passion, talent and collaboration that runs through every part of our organisation. Our people are at the heart of everything we do. Without them, none of this would be possible.”
Kevin Short, CEO of Mintra, added, “I’m incredibly proud of this achievement and the people behind it. Being recognised two years in a row is excellent. It’s a testament to the dedication, resilience and hard work of every single person at Mintra. Our success is built on the strength of our team and it’s inspiring to see how they continue to push boundaries, support one another and drive Mintra forward.”

Mintra’s hybrid working model, supported with wellbeing initiatives, regular check-ins and team events, continues to strengthen cross-functional relationships, and collaboration throughout the globe.
